This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of OM Signage's digital signage platform services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refunds for partial months

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription
  • After 30 days, no refunds will be provided
  • Early cancellation will not result in a refund

3. Setup and Implementation Fees

Setup and implementation fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. This includes:

  • Initial platform setup
  • Custom configuration
  • Training sessions
  • Integration services

4. Hardware and Equipment

For hardware and equipment purchases:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items
  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable

5. Service Credits

In cases of service disruption or failure to meet service level agreements:

  • Service credits may be provided instead of refunds
  • Credits will be applied to future billing periods
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

  3. Allow 5-10 business days for processing
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. Exceptions

  • Service unavailability for extended periods
  • Material breach of our Terms of Service
